The Think Tank

The talented writer, director, actor and teacher, Brian Chapman, created an online project called "The Think Tank."  He was gracious enough to extend a hand to me and asked that I play a small supporting role, Donna Martin.

There are 6 very funny episodes where you will not only catch me but MANY talented, well-known Atlanta actors.

Coffee Date

Well, hello 2014! To start the year right, I took a role as 'Alice' on the short film 'Coffee Date' filming in Charleston (tough life, right?).  Ed Tilden directed the short and he had met me on a prior shoot for 'Reckless', a new CBS show coming out this year.

To my surprise, so many people I had previously worked with were on this shoot! Including but not limited to my old industry friend, Flash. It was a fun, fast, two day shoot working alongside another Atlanta-based actor, Daryn Kahn. Kudos to him and the wonderful job he did! I should also mention Elizabetta Fatone, so talented and beautiful.

Here are some pics from that shoot! I'm grateful for my life and experiences.

Seapak

Who doesn't love seafood?! I know I do. AND I met the fabulous Clifton on a shoot for Seapak this past December. It's been yonkers since I was on a print shoot and I forget how much I love making faces and being me! Clifton and I were able to grab a shot together before we left for the day. He was a champion on this shoot and did a fabulous job!

Mohawk Solutions Convention

So one of my favorite parts of 2013 was working with Mohawk as their new spokesperson. It's been a fabulous ride as we have adventured all things carpet: care, tips on choosing the best product for the customer, even the comparisons of fabric as it relates to price, wear, and resistance (see...I know my stuff!). But, in December, I traveled to Dallas, TX to do stand ups from their executives and interview them on insider information for those who couldn't make the convention. Here are some shots from that experience! I got one with Mo, our new ambassador for 2014. :)

CBeyond

This shoot came along at a great time toward the end of the year in 2013. I felt extremely fortunate to work with CBeyond in a new marketing effort to connect the brand with faces. Here is a pic with Ben Lamm, Tech, and me as Ally. Not the best hair and makeup job. ;)

Moments Screening

The screening for Moments, a short written and directed by Vandon Gibbs of Graphite Pictures, was on October 26th.  The feedback was amazing from all of the friends, family and colleagues who came to support our short film. I can't emphasis how fortunate I am to be a part of such a fantastic project. Every person involved helped make that little movie so big and impactful. Shout out to our crew and producer Jyn Hall as well as the talented Director of Photography, Robert Halliday.

Cobb Life Magazine

My very good friend Katy Ruth Camp, author of Pigskin Peaches (http://www.pigskinpeaches.com), was a featured writer in Cobb Life Magazine's October edition. She needed a model for the shoot focusing on football fashion for female attendees. I was fortunate enough to get the call to model attire from Blush clothing boutique in Kennesaw.

Reckless

As mentioned from my previous post, I've been working on a couple of new tv shows this past month. The second was a show entitled "Reckless" for CBS. It's a steamy courtroom drama staged and filmed in Charleston, SC.  Below are candids from set! Anna Wood was amazing as well as Gregory Harrison from Trapper M.D.  Mike Stoudt, a local Atlanta actor with Houghton Talent was also a great asset to this show. Look for it in the Spring or Summer of 2014!

H.R.

God has been so good to me the past few months! I've just had the pleasure of working on two new shows. The photos from this shoot are for the new tv show H.R., starring Alicia Silverstone, on Lifetime.  Please take note of the fabulous Peter Jacobson from House. He was spectacular!

Reebok

A surprise visit to Boston put me on set with the talented Geoff Smith. We covered the Reebok Crossfit line for Fall/Winter 2014.  I learned two things on that shoot:  I love Boston and must go back when I can stay for longer and I can ONLY do 3 push-ups total--that's it. Basically, I'm not quite the fit 6th-grader I used to be.

Cobb Life Magazine

Writer and friend Katy Ruth Camp is crafting a great story for Cobb Life Magazine on fall fashion for collegiate football attire; girls get ready for something great.  I came in as the model and spent a glorious morning shooting in the best "ensembles" I'll be sporting all year!

The Game

Hey friends!

It is with great pleasure that I attach the link of my latest appearance on tv.  I played a sassy reporter for the television show The Game on BET.  The coolest part is my scene was chosen as a season 6 highlight. That rocks!

If you missed it, here it is! Thanks so much for checking it out!

Moments

I can't say enough about how wonderful this shoot has been and how collaborative the process is. You guys better check out 'Moments' when it screens cause it's going to be good. I'd like to say because of me :), but I'm only a small part of the equation. Everyone is fabulous, loving and generous. Check out some stills:

How to Live to 100

This show is going to be big! Equipped with the funny, talented, and über fantastic culinary genius of Jason Wrobel, I was fortunate enough to be brought on to this generous cast. "How to Live to 100" will air on the Cooking Channel (The Food Network's cooler sister) later this year I believe. It focuses on living a healthy lifestyle through the eyes of Wrobel as his culinary skills are put to the test. He whips up delicious recipes (I know, I've tasted them) to fit the lifestyles and daily situations of those he encounters. Get a laugh, learn a thing or two, and enjoy yours truly on "How to Live to 100". Coming to a TV near you!

For now, just enjoy the pics.
